Public Notice Unauthorized Registrations & Monetization of Iftin Band Music

It has come to our attention many years that certain record labels and third parties have, since 2014, registered copyright in songs created by Iftin Band and paid singers one-off amounts of USD $500 or $250 even less then that then continued to monetise those works for years, generating thousands of dollars in revenues.

These actions were taken without the band’s consent and without valid licence agreements.

Iftin Band alleges that these practices amount to unlawful appropriation of our music, copyright infringement, and unjust enrichment.

We will pursue every available legal remedy under UK and international law to:
• Cancel or challenge unauthorized registrations;
• Recover unpaid royalties, profits and damages;
• Secure removal of unauthorized monetized content from digital platforms;
• Seek injunctive relief and any other appropriate civil or criminal remedies.

If you are a singer, employee, or third party who received a one-off payment, or if you have knowledge or documents (contracts, receipts, messages, recordings, or platform links) relevant to these matters, please preserve that evidence and contact us immediately at:

We are working with legal counsel and rights organisations to protect our music and the rights of the artists who created it.

Iftin Band will not allow our work to be exploited without proper permission and payment those responsible will be brought to justice.

We are here to fight back not to back down Iftin Band.
