Paying a singer is not paying Iftin Band

Notice on Rights and Payments

Payment made to an individual singer or performer shall not be deemed as payment to Iftin Band as a whole.

All works created and performed under the name Iftin Band constitute collective property of the band and remain jointly owned by its members.

No individual member, singer, or third party has the authority to assign, sell, license, register, or otherwise commercially exploit Iftin Band’s music without the express written consent of the band as a collective entity.

Any attempt to monetise, register, or claim ownership of Iftin Band’s works based solely on payments made to a single individual will be considered unlawful and subject to legal action, including claims for damages, recovery of profits, and injunctive relief under applicable copyright and contract law.
